    Special note: This issue is able to be printed on 11"x17" paper (as it appears in the newsprint edition) or printed on standard 8 1/2" x 11" inch printers. Most printers will automatically shrink the PDF to print from your standard printer. If not, adjust your printer as desired. A portion of page 16 is printed upside down because the print edition is folded in the middle when delivered.
